Our Process
Our process makes any protein shelf-stable without preservatives or high salt, using an FDA and USDA approved, heart healthy, sunflower oil-based emulsion along with normal cooking temperatures to pasteurize the meat.

Any meat, any flavor, any form. From sticks to strips to steaks, our process safely locks in the flavor and nutrition of any protein like fish, poultry, pork or beef.

Unlike canning, which requires high temperatures of 250°F and often damages the flavor, nutrition, and texture of the meat, our process maintains the meat's moisture, quality, and nutrition.
Our process is superior because standard cooking temperatures retain the moisture, texture, and nutrition of the meat without being too dry or too salty. As an added benefit, our patented emulsion also tenderizes the meat,
Step 1
First, the meat is optionally marinated, then run through a sizer for consistent thickness. Any meat in any form (steaks, strips, sticks, etc.) can be used in this process
Step 2
Next, the meat is treated with our patented all natural, sunflower oil-based, heat-stable, emulsion to retain the moisture during and after cooking. Any oil can be used in our preservative-free emulsion, such as avocado, olive or corn oil.
Step 3
The meat is then cooked to 170F for pasteurization then into GyroCompact oven to bring the water activity to the ideal level. Once the water level is stabilized, the emulsion keeps the meat moist and flavorful.
Step 4
Lastly, the meat is vacuum sealed in a patent-pending process to ensure no microbial action is possible during storage. The product is suitable for standard shipping and room temperature storage indefinitely.
